  • Care Certificate

The Care Certificate is an identified set of standards that health and care professionals adhere to in their daily working life. Designed with the non-regulated workforce in mind, the Care Certificate gives everyone the confidence that health and care professionals have the same introductory skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support in their own particular workplace setting. (NHS England 2024)

  • Health Care Support Worker Apprenticeship

    (Level 2 and 3)

At Oxleas in collaboration with IPS International we support you to achieve a Level 2 and 3 Healthcare Support Worker, your main role is to work alongside healthcare professionals to deliver essential care to patients. You’ll play a key part in providing compassionate, high-quality support that makes a real difference to people’s lives.

Throughout the programme, you’ll also have the chance to boost your English and Maths skills. If you haven’t yet achieved a GCSE grade A-C (or Level 4-9)* in these subjects, you’ll be able to work towards Functional Skills qualifications, which are equivalent to GCSEs. This way, you’ll gain the communication and numeracy skills needed to thrive in your role and deliver the best possible care.
